Tools and Insights for Becoming More Self-Aware, Conscious and Healthy

The new science, physics and the study of consciousness  are bringing to light, that everything that we thought we knew about the Universe and our place in it are obsolete. The truth and origin of who we are as a human race, as individuals and the cosmos are in question. There is an urgent call for everyone, to ask the questions, "Who Am I?", "Why am I alive?"  and "What is the purpose of Life?"  Self discovery is one of the most important aspects of the times in which we are living. One can settle for status quo (those who remain asleep) or one can evolve into a more conscious human being. The planet and all of the species that remain need the humans living on it  to evolve into conscious, self aware individuals, who are capable of solving the world's problems from a unique, out of the box perspective. The traditional methods, simply put, have not worked. Transpersonal therapy, meditation, and hypnotherapy are tools that can ignite self discovery, personal growth, conscious awareness.and health. Become part of the solution.

Hypnosis has been tried and tested for over 4000 years. Ancient civilizations which included Greece and Egypt utilized techniques which would ensure that a person would become relaxed and in a focused state of awareness so that they could access a suggestible state of mind whereas a person could replace outdated, perhaps destructive and unwanted behaviors and conditioning with new, positive behaviors, responses, and conditioning. This act is called anchoring, replacing unwanted behaviors with positive behaviors.

It was also known by these ancient civilizations that the mind, body, and spirit connection were vital to the emotional and physical health of the individual. By accessing the relaxed state of consciousness, the individual could also tap into a variety of resources that would permit a better understanding of the origination of the unwanted behaviors. Thus, if the individual could connect the dots on memories, circumstances, and situations this connection could initiate an understanding of the behaviors, fears, and anxieties which would allow the individual to release negative, undesirable behaviors and the feelings associated with these behaviors.

All hypnosis is SELF HYPNOSIS. It is the individual who is able to allow themselves this state of relaxed awareness and thus becoming hypnotized. There is no such thing as an individual giving over their will to anyone and certainly not a person who is working with them in a relaxed hypnotic state of awareness. There are no drugs involved and for the majority of people, this is a holistic approach to a better understanding of self and the unconscious mind.

There is a great deal of self-growth and development that can occur by utilizing hypnotherapy as a means of self-evolution and self realization.

Transpersonal Therapy and hypnotherapy can assist the individual in accessing the mind, body, and spirit connection and to focus on the spiritual aspects of hypnotherapy as a form of therapeutic realizations and insights into the inner workings of the spirit. The individual has the opportunity to grow past existing beliefs, ideology and programming into a broader connection of truth and self-identity.

With personal growth and development, self-understanding, and awareness the “TRUTH” will set you “FREE.” Abraham Maslow referred to this state of being as Self-Realization.

It is your birthright to self actualize, to become aware of who you are and to step into your greatest potential.

The choice is yours. You have free will to continue on a path of not knowing yourself or you can choose the “road less traveled” and step into your true self and the realizations and insights that come with it

Life is ever changing, the planet is also changing, the question is “Are You Ready To Make Changes In Your Life?”

A quote from Abraham Maslow, Psychologist:

“What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.” “One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.” “Be independent of the good opinion of other people.”
